I’m heading to New Jersey this weekend (leave Fri at 330pm and start my 7-8 drive) to go to a St. Patty’s Day party on Saturday. I haven’t seen these friends since July 2005 and I am anxious to catch up again. I also get to pick up my new bed set that my friend has been holding onto for me as West Elm doesn’t ship internationally so I had it shipped to her place. It is a duvet cover and shams. I now own my first duvet and right now it is in storage…awaiting it’s new cover. I cannot wait to try it out on Sunday night. Then I will pack up my current bed set and take it to Value Village (donation). I’m not sure if my red accent pillows, throw and rug will go with this set though – may have to rethink the whole accent colour thing in my bedroom.

Anyways, I posted my apt Flickr set at Apartment Therapy the other day and noticed how much IKEA furniture I actually own. In fact I had a dream last night that my new Expedit wall unit fell apart on me – though I did manage to save the TV. The thing that made me laugh though is how much my office also uses IKEA office furniture. In fact there are a few flat packs outside a few offices here waiting to be put together, I’m thinking it is shelving.

We are suppose to get more snow today…it’s kind of gloomy. I am SO ready for spring.
