So Monday did not bring me my iPhone. Today did not bring me my iPhone either.

It appears that when Rogers entered the information for UPS to deliver it, they only gave my city and province, no other address information. Whoever prepared the shipment and entered the information for UPS was obviously stoned or a few cards short of a deck.

I only found this out late this afternoon when tracking the shipment when the information finally changed on UPS’s website. About 10min ago I got another update email from UPS that stated they had sent a postcard to the recipient (me) asking for more information.

I thought that was strange and called UPS. Seems Rogers did provide more information later today but gave them an address which was partly my work address (which is where I wanted it delivered) and my home address?!?!

So good thing I called. I got it straightened out. The very helpful UPS support person could not promise delivery tomorrow but definitely Thursday at the latest.

Could Rogers have screwed this up any more? Well I will save thoughts on this until I open up the package. For all I know it could either be empty or they sent me a Blackberry, lol.
