Ever since I heard that September could be the month I move into my new home I have been going through my things and purging. As I tackle areas of my current apartment I make keep, Value Village and garbage piles. The keep stays where it is, the Value Village goes into a bag which will eventually make it to their donation depot and the garbage goes into the garbage daily so as to keep my apartment clean.
Last night and this afternoon I started on my tv stand. I own an Ikea Expedit tv stand which I have been piling lots of chotchkies. I was then thinking that if I didn’t have such a large stand I wouldn’t require said chotchkies! So I was thinking that I should start looking at smaller tv stands and then I realized that my stand will fit in perfectly with my new condo as the height of my tv stand will fit in well with the height of the condo’s walls which is 10ft.
To solve my issue, I will just buy some of the drawers, cupboards that Ikea offers for the Expedit…use the extra space for storage instead :)
