Ring Damnit!

RingDamnitI can be a very patient person. But when it is something I really, really, really want to know the answer to and the correct answer would change my current living conditions I am not so patient. It normally can be ‘no news is good news!’ but my stomach is churning and the longer I go into the day…the worse it is getting :(

Thank goodness I’m busy at work, else it would be a lot worse, lol.

Update:
Nothing still and it is 4:40pm. Gah! (lol)

So glad you are back to posting – I have read your different blogs (scalewhore, hCG blog and inamood) and wondered how you were doing. Good luck with the condo stuff!

My first mortgage payment :)

inUncategorized

(comments are closed)

I know it is weird to be excited to see money leave your account, but I was very happy last Friday to see this:

My first of many weekly mortgage payments.

For those interested, I am at a variable rate of P – .75 so right now my interest rate is 2.25% :)

  • jodi

wow, add a zero and that will be OUR new mortgage payment… should’ve moved to canada! :)

  • Trish

Jodi, that is weekly :) So $992.42 a month ($265K mortgage)
However with that said, our mortgages and US mortgages work very differently.

How Much???

inUncategorized

(comments are closed)

So our condo’s facebook group is really busy right now, especially with the first group of people closing on their units tomorrow. People have been posting their amount of closing costs that have me losing sleep right now and wondering where the extra cash is going to come from. I close a week tomorrow.

I’m currently awaiting more info from my lawyer to see what the damage is and if I really can scrounge that kind of money out of thin air. I cannot wait for this to be over :|

PayDay Loans?

inMa Vie

(comments are closed)

Have you ever gotten a payday advance loan? I was just reading a post on a forum about an issue someone had and I am lucky in this current economy to not have to think about these kind of options and feel secure in my job/position. Back in the day though I did need the use of one and I thankful for them. I didn’t take an advance though, I was cashing a work cheque that was dated a couple of days later than I needed it. I think I lost 2%, but back then I didn’t care, I just needed access to the funds now.

What about you? Have you ever needed their service?
